Our studio focuses on conscious movement that engages both the body and mind. Our one-on-one training helps you improve flexibility, strength, coordination and concentration. All of our classes help transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. They build strength without excess bulk - creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.
Lots of variety is offered throughout our many Pilates classes. From the reformer, combo chair or spine corrector, one learns body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Classes can also improve flexibility, agility, economy of motion and even help alleviate back pain.
New to Four Graces is the Xtend Barre™ workout. This is a ballet-inspired workout that can be taught only by certified Pilates instructors.
Four Graces Pilates Studio is the only Oklahoma pilates studio offering this fast-paced, 55-minute full-bodied immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and body sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body - and fast! Here's how it works:
You'll really work it. While most barre classes leave us a little wet under the arms, we sweated like nobody's business in Xtend, thanks to the fast-paced, dance-inspired moves.
You'll untuck. Xtend isn't a fan of the pelvic tuck used in most barre classes and prefers to keep the body in neutral, which Four Graces owner Sarah Malloy says is a more functional and safer position.
You'll get attention. Classes at Four Graces Pilates Studio are kept small so everyone gets personalized adjustments--and better form which equals faster results.
